Location. Staff. Breakfast

Hotel room is amazing and large. Loved the separate living room, bedroom and bathroom.

Pool was underwhelming and the TV set is poor as there is no way to stream movies thus not that useful.

Staff was excellent, very helpful with arranging extra time in the room (at a reasonable price), receiving a delivery, storing my bags, and helping me get a Grab car to a Thai address. Outstanding service!

The staff on reception were exceptional, welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was a great start to the day. Location near BTS and Grabs are easy to get.

Was a bit noisy but considering the location, anticipated this.

The staff were helpful

Asked for a quiet room on a high floor, was given a room above the hotel entrance, next to the road and within 5meters of the hotel bar. Survived one night and the. Switched hotels

Good location. Clean property. AC worked well.

A bit pricey.

Staff members were accommodating. Close to common attractions. Safe was hidden and easy to use. The Internet worked well most of the time. The gym is small, but solid. I would stay again at a lower price point, and if I could negotiate, staying on a higher floor away from street noise and within a higher tier of room that has washer/dryer capabilities. Lastly, I didn't hear noise from neighbors while within my quarters.

Soundproofing technology should be updated. Street noise (on the 3rd floor) at times was a distraction. There was a particular smell at times within my hallway/room that was noticeably peculiar. I could never pinpoint the source of the smell. The towels smell of mildew rather quickly. No alarm clock in the room. No DIY laundry on the property for certain room selections. The lighting in the bathroom was too dim for me.

Warm welcome. Nice big room, modest setup , very clean and cared for. Central location for night entertainment and not far from BTS

Fantastic location & staff. Proper suite with separate bedroom,living/dining room & full sized fridge/freezer. Large bath & very powerful shower. Good choice at breakfast.

Second time stopping at the Citrus suites and won't be the last. Staff at check in were very friendly and efficient.The rooms are great with a seperate lounge area. Location is good with plenty of bars and restaurants in the area and Nana BTS only a five minute walk away
